Mrs. Phillips has lived in the White County school district for 3 years. When Mrs. Phillips was in school she played the flute, piccolo, baritone saxphone, bassoon and piano.  She is married and has two children. Her hobbies are listening to music and painting.  She is excited to be your music teacher this year,
